MAC Rose Pigment

Today's look included my newest MAC items- 'Rose' pigment + 'Flat Out Fabulous' lipstick. These were kindly bought for me by my in-laws :) I absolutely adore the pigment. It's the perfect rose-gold colour and guaranteed to last forever as you only need the tiniest amount! Because I haven't yet purchased MAC's Fix+ (for some bizarre reason), I wet my brush first and patted the product onto my eyelid that was covered in Nyx's Jumbo Pencil in 'Milk' to really intensify the pigment. I then used MAC's 'Nocturnelle' eyeshadow for the outer corner and crease. On my lower lashes, I used MAC's 'Sushi Flower' eyeshadow which is a favourite of mine- Such a gorgeous shade! Next.. The lipstick! 'Flat Out Fabulous' is described as a "bright plum" shade and is part of the 'Retro Matte' lipstick collection (I've nearlly got all of them now, yay!) It's super duper MATTE and drying so I'd recommend using a lip balm before applying to keep your lips nice and hydrated :) I was very happy with how today's eyeshadow look turned out! As soon as my husband came home from work, he immediately commented on my make up saying it looked very pretty. :) Also, I'd like to apologise for my crazy out-the-shower hair. I thought I'd give my straighteners a day off!

Foundation is MAC Studio Fix Fluid (Shade NW10) & eyebrows are Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in 'Ebony'. Lashes are Ardell Demi Wispies.

What make up look would you like to see on FOTD #3?!
